About AM2012

The aim of the conference Applied Mechanics 2012 is a meeting and presentation of scientific works of PhD students and young scientists. The organizers would like to invite researchers, scientists and academic staff who are interested in the scientific work of young beginning colleagues as well.

Conference languages will be English, Czech, Polish and Slovak. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Important dates

January 22, 2012 - registration and abstract submission,
January 31, 2012 - notification of acceptance,
March 1, 2012 - conference fee payment and submission of full papers,
April 16-18, 2012 - conference Applied Mechanics 2012.

Conference Fee

The conference registration fee is 3500 CZK / 150 EUR including VAT. The fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, meals during the conference and the social program.

The payment should be done before 1st March 2011 using the bank transfer to the conference bank account.

If you wish to pay more than one conference fee in one payment, use 524003 as the entry symbol, write all registration numbers into the payment note (message to the owner) and send the confirmation containing transfer details to the conference e-mail (am2012@kme.zcu.cz).

Accommodation

Each participant should pay his accommodation at Pivovarský dvůr Plzeň individually (single room 1300 CZK per day, double room 1800 CZK per day). The accommodation will be managed during the final registration through the conference web site.
